I created the Balanced Body Program when I noticed many of my clients were coming to me after trying “diets” having little to no weight loss success. Most clients felt like the last “diet” they were on was too extreme or felt like a quick fix that wasn’t sustainable. The Balanced Body Program approaches weight loss in a sustainable fashion by teaching you how to balance your plate for weight loss using an all foods fit, 80/20 approach.
